Introduction
Please read this Terms of Services as they govern the cooperation by Me (Cr1zz0) and the Client (You).
Read this Thoroughly and make sure to follow these guidelines.
Section 1: Against Hate and Discrimination
Statement: 1 - A
Requesting art from me for the intention of hate, discrimination, and targetting an individual or a person is forbidden.
Statement: 1 - B
I will not make Anti-LGBTQ+, Homophobic, Transphobic arts, Any requests making such will be automatically rejected.
Statement: 1 - C
Any requests that involved hating on any religion, beliefs, nationality, and races will be automatically rejected.
Section 2: Conduct
Statement: 2 - A
Be patient, Artworks takes a little time to make. I apologize in advance on any delayed commissions. This will not first come first serve, I will work based on what im comfortable with.
Statement: 2 - B
During the sketching period, I can do as many revisions as needed.
Statement: 2 - C
Please provide references, so i can work more accurately. Please be specific with details and requests.
Statement: 2 - D
We have a menu and order codes(Ex: A-1) in this site. You may send the order code or point me in the menu.
Statement: 2 - E
Communications will be established through my other sites, I will ask you for feedback during the time of production.
Statement: 2 - F
Credit my art or at least link it back to me, for im the one who made it.
Do not feed my art to any Artificial Intelligence (AI) or any generative/learning algorithms.
Section 3: Payments
Statement: 3 - A
Payments will be done in Kofi or Paypal in USD, Just present your screenshot or proof of your payments.
Statement: 3 - B
Payments will be done in advance, Invoices will be sent.
Statement: 3 - C
All requests are refundable unless i made some efforts, then it would be non-refundable.
Statement: 3 - D
If you want to set deadlines, you will pay additional 15% based on the agreed price and we will decide on what will be the deadline.
Statement: 3 - E
For commercial use, i will charge additional 100% based on agreed price, Otherwise it is not for commercial use.
